Mutants' Initial Appearance and Interaction in Zombotron 2:

  - Mutants first appear in Zombotron 2 during Stages 14 to 16. In Stage 14, they communicate with the player, seeking identification. However, when the player expresses intentions to reach the space base, the mutants turn hostile, initiating an attack.

- Stage 16 - Dialogue about the Player:

  - As the player progresses to Stage 16, mutants are overheard discussing the player's presence. Concerns arise about the player getting closer, with a mention that the Robomachine, under the Scientist's control, could pose a fatal threat to the player. Visual Appearance[]

The Mutants in Zombotron exhibit a humanoid alien look with distinct features.

Head Appearance:

They wear tan scarf masks, concealing their faces, their heads also appears to be connected to oxygen tanks. They have purple eyes similar to the Zombies. potentially indicating that they could be of the same origin.

Armor:

Clad in metal armor, Mutants have shoulder pads, gloves, and metal boots or tan boots. They also wear a weapon belt.

Color Variants:

There are two variants of Mutants – a tan Mutant donning tan fatigues with matching boots as their armor, and a green Mutant with green fatigues and contrasting tan boots.

The clothing of the Mutants in Zombotron remains uncertain. It's unclear whether they wear fatigues that match the color of their heads or if they don't wear any clothing at all. And just wear armor.

When idle similar to Bio-Bots. Mutants emit a radio chatter noise resembling a male voice saying something but its important to note that this is most likely a visual element.

When killed Mutants make the same sound the Zombies do potentially hinting that they are of the same origin.

The limited dialogue leaves their ambitions and the extent of their alliances open to interpretation. But it could be speculated to be mainly more of survival at this point.

They still have remaining outposts scattered around Zombotron. Despite losing control of the SpaceBase in Zombotron 2, they still seemed to be well organized and still pose a significant threat to the player in Zombotron 2: Time Machine.

The Bio-Bots, are a big threat to the mutants. As they continue to exhibit aggressive behavior, actively engaging in raids on Mutant outposts. This aggressive stance suggests a perpetual conflict between the two factions, contributing to the overall hostility on Zombotron.

Mutant's appear in Zombotron 2 Stage 14 to 16 along with a force. In Zombotron 2 Time Machine, Mutant's appear at Stage 5 to 16, making them an even more major enemy. They also appear talking in Zombotron 2 Stage 14 and 16.
